Greetings. This is Jinkwang Kim working for FCA. I have been working for a FCA volunteer over the last 6 months. With calling from God, I have this opportunity to work for FCA, starting from this year of 2020. Being involved in football scene from my younger childhood, I came to realize the power of sports. I have witnessed a process that a teamwork is being shaped by great deal of work from players, couches and other related personnel. Now with messages of God combined with such power of sports, I am hoping with heartful prayer for a number of players and coaches to be filled with words of God from this generation to next.

안녕하세요, FCA 사역자 김찬미입니다.
저는 목회자 자녀로서 크리스천 가정 안에서 자라왔고 어려서부터 스포츠를 좋아했습니다. 중학교 시절 줄넘기 시범단원으로 활동을 했고, 체육대학에 진학하여 체육과학을 전공했습니다. 저는 대학생 때 개인적으로, 인격적으로 예수님을 믿고 영접했습니다.
하나님께서는 저에게 스포츠 선교에 대한 비전을 주셨고, 2019년 1월부터 FCA 전임 사역자로 함께 하게 되었습니다.
다음세대를 세우고 코치와 선수의 영향력을 통해 예수그리스도에 의해 변화된 세상을 만들기 위한 비전에 여러분 또한 참여할 수 있습니다.
하나님께서는 각자 지체를 이루어 그리스도의 한 몸으로 일하도록 모든 주님의 자녀를 부르셨습니다. (고전 12:27)
자신의 시간, 재정, 재능으로 함께 이 사역에 동참하시고 하나님 나라를 이뤄가는 기쁨을 함께 누리시길 소망합니다.
안녕하세요. FCA 김민국 입니다.
저는 학창시절 축구선수 였으며, 대학에서 스포츠 경영 및 비지니스를 전공하였습니다.
예수님을 모를 때에 운동장에서 복음을 듣고, 신앙생활을 시작했습니다.
그 후 직장인이었던 저는 제가 아닌 하나님을 위해 살기 원하였습니다.
그렇게 일을 그만두었고, 주님의 은혜로 2017년 부터 스포츠 사역을 시작하게 되었습니다.
스포츠라는 주님의 도구를 더욱 효율적으로 사용하기 위해 참여한 선교사 훈련 중 FCA를 만났고,
지금은 FCA의 사역을 통하여 주님의 역사하심을 경험하고 있습니다.
지금은 프로영역의 사역부터 학교 및 교회, 특수영역(보육원,임시보호시설, 다문화) 등의 여러 영역의 사역들을 섬기고 있습니다.
저는 확신합니다. 우리의 동역과 당신의 후원을 통해 FCA 사역을 통해 만나는 모든 영혼을 주님 안에서 회복시키고 살릴 수 있습니다.

샬롬! 저는 FCA의 김예찬 간사입니다. 기독교 가정에서 자란 저는 차갑지도 뜨겁지도 않은 신앙을 오랜시간 유지해왔습니다. 축구 코치인 아버지의 영향 아래 어려서부터 축구를 시작하게 되었고, 프로축구선수의 꿈을 가지고 고등학교 시절 독일로 축구 유학길에 오르기까지 했습니다. 저의 기대와 생각과는 다르게 잘 풀릴 것만 같았던 축구선수로의 길은 다양한 도전과 어려움들로 실패하게 되었고 하나님의 선하심과 인도하심을 의심하기에 이르렀습니다.
그렇지만, 언제나 제 인생 가운데 선하신 하나님은 제가 하나님보다 제 마음의 갈망과 꿈을 우선순위에 두고 그것을 우상삼아 쫓았던 저의 마음의 동기를 보게 하셨고 하나님께서 주신 재능을 하나님께서 기뻐하시는 일과 남들을 섬기고 복음을 전하는 일에 사용하였을 때 그곳에 더 큰 기쁨과 만족이 있음을 알게되었습니다. 제가 하나님을 찾기보다 언제나 저를 찾으셨던 하나님의 마음을 알며 배워갈 수 있었습니다.
하나님께서는 스포츠인들에게 복음을 전하고 스포츠를 통해 더 많은 이들을 주님의 제자로 삼는 이 비전을 허락하셨고 그렇게 FCA라는 좋은 단체를 만나도록 저를 이끄셨습니다. 2016년 인턴 과정을 거쳐 2017년 한국 FCA의 첫 풀타임 사역자가 되도록 저를 인도하셨습니다. 하나님이 주신 이 비전을 가지고 더 많은 영혼들을 변화시켜나가는 하나님의 일에 동참할 수 있어서 감사합니다. 그리고 이 귀한 사역에 기도와 후원을 아끼지 않는 여러분의 멋진 동역에 정말 감사드립니다!
안녕하세요. FCA 사역자 김진광입니다. 저는 FCA를 발런티어로 6개월동안 섬기고 봉사하면서 하나님의 부르심 가운데 2020년부터 사역을 시작하게 되었습니다.
저는 초,중,고, 대학교까지 축구를 배우면서 스포츠의 힘과 영향력이 얼마나 대단한지 깨닫게 되었습니다. 한 선수가 갖는 영향력, 팀에 코치와 감독이 갖는 영향력, 스포츠를 통해 하나의 팀워크가 이루어져가는 놀라운 일들을 보면서 이 영향력이 이제는 주님에 복음과 말씀으로 녹아져 이 한국 땅의 스포츠를 통한 복음에 역사들이 일어나 다음세대들이 일어나고 코치와 선수들이 예수 그리스도로 인해 세워져 가는 귀한 사역들이 이루어지길 기도하며 나아가고 있습니다.
함께 이 사역들을 위해 기도해주시고 또 재정적인 후원으로 함께 동참하여 하나님 나라를 아름답게 이루어가는 우리 모두가 됐으면 좋겠습니다. 감사합니다
Paul is currently serving as the National Director of ‘One Korea’ (both South & North Korea). It was during his college years while he was a member of the National Field Hockey Team in South Korea, that he had made the decision to live as a missionary for God’s kingdom through sports. God had answered his prayers and Paul was able to serve the northern land for the past 10 years while living in China.
Paul was introduced to FCA during those 10 years and the vision of FCA really added the fuel of passion in his heart. Ever since being introduced to FCA, he has been strategically serving as a missionary who brings God’s Kingdom “to and through the coach”. Since being appointed as the director of both Koreas in April, Paul has been committed to seeing both lands being transformed by Jesus Christ through the influence of coaches and athletes, as well as spreading the gospel through the medium of sports.
Paul has been married to Miyoung since the year 2000 and has three beautiful children, Ha Joon (18), Ha Min (15), and Ha Eun (13). Now Paul and his family is being called back to South Korea where Paul’s vision to live out his live as a missionary began. Please pray that the family transitions well and that they may become the salt and the light of Jesus Christ in South Korea.

I grew up playing team sports, such as Basketball and Football, while growing up in California. I understand how much influence sports can have on a person and experienced the importance of a coach in an athletes life. FCA’s vision of seeing the world transformed by Jesus Christ through the influence of coaches and athletes captivated my heart and I am blessed to be a part of seeing this vision being fulfilled through the ministry of FCA.
My wife, Miyuki, and I currently live in Seoul, South Korea and we have started our ministry together in serving the Youth, Coaches, and Athletes in the greater Seoul Area. We are blessed to be a part of this wonderful journey to seeing this nation be transformed through the gospel and sports.
As a person who has served the next generation as a youth pastor for the past three and half years, I understand how much of an obstacle sports and academics can be to faith, especially here in South Korea. However, through the ministry of FCA, it is wonderful that sports can be a tool not only to reach out to the lost souls, but to equip and to increase the faith of coaches and athletes in all different levels.
Thank you for your support which enables me to be able to go and make disciples of Jesus Christ through the platform of sports. I pray that through our efforts together, many will be able to turn to Christ through the spreading of the gospel and that the coaches and athletes will be able to use their influence positively for the Kingdom of God. It was on the soccer field where I heard about Jesus Christ and started to go to church to believe in God.
I soccer player from a young age and even majored in sports business during my time in the university.
Even though I was living a normal life as an office worker, I wanted to live for God, not me.
I was able to quit my job and join sports ministry in 2017 with the grace of the Lord
While I was struggling to use God’s tool of sports more efficiently, I was introduced to FCA, and now I am experiencing the Lord’s work through the ministry of FCA.
Since January 2019, I have been serving coaches and athletes as FCA Korea staff.
serving various people such as professional athletes, orphanage children, etc.
I am so confident that God is going to use our partnership and your support to expand His kingdom.
Being a former athlete has helped me gain passion for the souls of coaches and athletes as I serve God with FCA. As I came back from playing youth professional soccer in Germany in 2011, God has given me this vision of reaching coaches and athletes for Christ and I came on staff with FCA in 2017.
Since then, I have seen God move and touch many lives as FCA expands to be able to reach more coaches and athletes. I can’t wait to see all the miraculous works God is going to do through FCA in Korea.

When I was a college student, I accepted Jesus Christ as my Savior through my senior by God’s grace in 2014. And my life totally changed.
God has turned my passion for sports into the greater passion for Christ and called me to share the gospel of Jesus Christ through sports as I accepted Jesus Christ as my lord and savior.
My prayer is that coaches and athletes would be transformed by the living words of God and that they would change Korea. I thank my lord for calling me to serve him through FCA and I pray that God would give you heart to join this ministry to expand His kingdom together.
I currently serve as field support manager with FCA Korea to serve coaches and athletes in Korea as of January 1st 2019.
